2. General Information

The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Where personal data is collected on our pages (for example, name, address or email addresses), this is always done on a voluntary basis where possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. We point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) may have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

3. Web Server Log

For the smooth operation and, where applicable, troubleshooting of websites, web server logs exist where IP addresses are stored. While IP addresses alone do not constitute personal data, they could theoretically be linked to individuals using tracking tools. Additionally, the time, browser type and page visited are stored. These logs are deleted after one month.

4. Contact Form / Email Enquiries

If you send us enquiries via the contact form or by email, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact information you provide, will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (pre-contractual measures).

5. Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device using the browser. They do no harm. We use cookies to make our offering user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognise your browser on your next visit. If you do not wish this, you can configure your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and to allow them only on a case-by-case basis. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our website.

6. External Services

Google Fonts: This website uses Google Fonts for the uniform display of typefaces. When you access a page, your browser loads the required fonts from the Google CDN. In doing so, your IP address is transmitted to Google. Further information can be found in the Google Privacy Policy.

OpenStreetMap: We use OpenStreetMap for map display. When loading the map, data is transmitted to the OpenStreetMap Foundation. Further information: OSM Privacy Policy.

7. SSL Encryption

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser address bar changing from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock icon in your browser bar. When SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

8. Your Rights

You generally have the rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can file a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Italy, this is the data protection authority "Garante per la protezione dei dati personali".
